    Today is Arrieta's birthday, or so I've read. Maybe he'll do it like a hobbit and celebrate by giving Crew fans the gift of a hat trick.

    This back 4 is sure getting their minutes in. I'm surprised since we have decent depth and talent why we aren't rotating those spots as much as the others.

    Also, James is the only defender on the bench. Vukovik and Gehrig watching in street clothes. I'd like to see one of those two dressed.

    I guess we can always put someone (Tchani, Birchall) in for DM and slot Danny back to cover a defensive slot.

    I was thinking the same thing. Also, is Vuko still injured? I was hoping to see him in the 18.

    He's not on the injured list AFAIK. I think he's in the Warzycha doghouse. Will we ever see him play again?

    On the radio pre-game show they just said the back 4 are getting slow and tiring. This is the seventh straight start with Miranda-Marshall-Mendes-Williams.

    With quality coming from the other three (Gehrig, Vuko, James)...I just don't understand it. I'll be happy to eat my words if we don't see any fatigue mistakes or injuries.

    Wow... I really hope Bobby isn't trying to teach our only LB some responsibility... I hope he's just not ready to go, but will be soon.

    The back line is awful right now. O'Rourke failed to pick up his man who set up the entire play and then Chad was lazy and didn't even make an effort to prevent the shot.

    Single handily blowing the entire season in 20 minutes, just embarrassing.

    Time to get a few more defenders on the healthy squad, this group needs to sit for games.
