The recent "Boot Breast Cancer" inspired me to create this thread, I know that there are more scarves out there & would like to see what else there is that has been available. One scarf I do not have is one of the more historically significant scarves because it was not offered to season ticket holders & as a result we have been getting lots of scarves ever since then. I believe that commemorative scarf was for the game against Fulham or Everton. I know there are the numbered supporters scarves from the early days, V-army scarves, the second version of the bar scarf & many others available from the gift shop over the years that are not pictured here. Here we go in cronilogical order w/ a bit of commentary. This one I got from Europe when I used to rage eBay & I think it is cool that it says Crew Stadium & I wonder if this is familiar to anyone because I have a suspicion that it is unofficial. An extremely cheap single-ply felt scarf given to the travel party to the MLS Draft in Indianapolis. I never like this thing & this is the 1st time it was removed from it's bag. Possibly the 1st of the 2008 scarves given as a result of those that complained to the front office about the availability of the aforementioned commemorative scarf.
This was a gift from someone in the Crew Union, I can't remember who it was for sure but you are all equal in my book. Front & the back will start the next post, I was brave enough to buy this before the game started.
The next two are of the front & back of the same scarf. "Punch in the stomach" scarf #2, there may be a bunch of boxes of these sitting around somewhere unless they were given away to charity.
This is by far the most handsome scarf of the lot, I was sold on the birds (the magpie kinda looks like one of my favorite Orioles logos) & in 2002 I lived across the street from the 4th St. Bar & Grill & used to look at that building & would wish it wasn't a derelict building (I also have lived off of 4th for a majority of my 12 years in Columbus & have traveled that street thousands of times.) BSP was "berry" lucky to get one of these scarves & I think it is cool but this has the worst depiction of Crew logo yet & the faces look more like skulls.
This is the last one, I just got some really bad news when I turned on the computer this morning so my commentary on all these may be less than I had originally intended.
From top to bottom, ordered chronologically. The one in the middle (2008 Champions) is BY FAR my favorite. V-Army is vintage supporters section, and it was tough to get at that. Had to order it from a scarf-maker in Kansas City. The group didn't sell them in Columbus.
Plain yellow on the reverse side. Can't remember where I got the scarf (probably in the stadium at the Inaugural Game). I love the bar scarf the most though. I think I'm on my fourth - one was given as gift, another got lost after a game, and the other is in either a bowling alley or a Hooters in Kansas City.

The CSF scarfs are available directly from the Foundation (call the main number)--you can even get it autographed by a current player. We usually have them at the raffle tables too at every home game. As I recall the cost is $25.
Jesus H. Christ... Those douchebags in seasonal-affective land made a separate scarf for every home game in 2010?
Ruff Neck Scarves got big because of them, of course they are going to have a scarf for every match. Heck they probably do Reserve match scarves as well!
