I was browsing other MLS team sites and have been astounded by the amount of gear they have available to fans online...

I can't access the crew gear store online (if sombody could link to it I would appreciate it) at work...but don't remember there being very much at all for us to purchase....and the MLSNET gear sucks as well...

yea, the crew gear selection sucks.

only saving grace is there are winds blowing...

major changes <in a very good way> are coming.

Fire have an awesome selection of misc. items...pewter keychains etc.

looks like the best part of crewgear ran down the crack of you mamma's ass and wound up a brown stain on the sheets....

I bet it's the kind of Crewgear that would do a man in the ass and not even give him the common courtesy of a reacharound.

I just got a shirt in the mail today...the only quarrel I have with mlsnet.com is the sizing. I don't like how their shirts run big. :/

Also, thecrew.com does have a crappy selection, but I think I've complained about that enough already, so I won't add in about how the Metrostars site has awesome gear.

i wanna make a suggestion since we are talking crew gear here; and i am trying to be honest about this so let's not turn it in to some big joke.

let's compile a list of stuff we would like to see a "crew gear" site have; what kinda t-shirts, hats, etc.

i know that the fire have an amazing on-line site for different amounts of stuff; and most of their gear is pretty sweet but is there anything in particular people are wanting or looking for?

Done and dusted, we have to count on St. Nick.

All I want for Crew is a sleeveless training shirt, one like I can get for every other team in the world I support. Oh yeah, and a beanie with the logo on it, and a tracksuit. That's all.

i wrote a list of stuff in the survey/feedback thing that was on the Crew's site. i don't know if it's still there, but if it is, that's the way to let them know.

I wonder how well a Ned and Fozzy T-shirt would sell...

This would be because of thier well-known responsiveness to their fan's concerns?

I think we should email crew links to the websites of other mls clubs...

    show them what they're missing..

I'm curious however; it seems that Crew has outsourced its merchandising to Soccer First or whatever the name of that store is off Rt. 3 in Westerville. Is this true or are the two in partnership and we can still blame Crew for their lackluster efforts?

In my letter to his highness two months ago, I addressed numerous issues which The Crew, and specifically Mr Smith, could take to make The Crew experience better for all of the supporters. One of these issues was merchandising. I even sent him print outs of both DC United and Chicago, emphasising how far ahead they are of us in this department. It's now past Christmas and I have yet to hear from him. If he doesn't care, why should I? Peter Wilt, knowing I'm a Crew fan, answers me personally. SACK SMITH AND CREW
