Not only will it take time for the current players, Nancy probably knows he's missing some pieces. Hopefully Bez finds the missing parts but that will be in summer at earliest. So, at the start of the year, we're part of a work in progress.
Woo-hoo, we play Houston today! Evidentally. Christ, at least tell us the scores of the games after the fact. Something. Anything.

Patrick Schulte was in goal for the Crew when they conceded, and it was a PK. Take that information how you will.

Sounds like Eloy is getting a green card. Right. Not to mention, the process of obtaining permanent residency status takes quite a while, involves submission of a form and, eventually, an interview. It would seem odd that this would happen in Florida during the Crew's pre-season training. But who knows?
According to this: https://www.google.com/search?q=har...ie=m;/g/11tr_1k2jl;2;/g/11b6xyz746;dt;fp;1;;; We beat Hartford Athletic 2-1 yesterday. Which, I guess, brings to an end the most secretive Crew preseason I certainly can recall.
Continued progress 💪We closed out our final preseason friendly with a 2-1 win over Hartford Athletic. #Crew96 | #VamosColumbus pic.twitter.com/MvxPWMfA7d— The Crew (@ColumbusCrew) February 18, 2023
The MajorLeagueSoccerSoccerDotCom Columbus Crew 2023 Season Preview is up. Here are the expert predictions for the Crew: I think a lot of these predictions are quite optimistic, but I'll take it. Wont matter much either way if MLS expands the playoffs to 18 teams.
OK, seriously -- have they not announced what playoff format they're going with yet? I mean, I would assume that no announcement would mean they're just going with status quo. But how is it possible that the season starts in six days and we don't have an answer for this?
This is nothing. Heck, MLIS (indoor league with a team in Cleveland) still hasn't announced a format and the season is past halfway and ends in five weeks (with the vast majority of teams done a month from now).
Wake up, babe. The new Columbus Crew Black & Gold Week '23, presented by Nationwide, just dropped. Be sure to uh... embrace the excitement! More importantly, here's the schedule of events leading up to Crewsmas: Wish I could make it up for the Crewsgiving viewing party.
