That was a career highlight match for just about anyone. What a player, what a performance. Exceptional two way game against arguably the hottest team in the world at the moment.
I mean…. I love that Jedi keeps having these monster games against the big boys but from a purely selfish POV…. does it have to be every damn week? The more he has these type of matches, it becomes clearer and clearer that Fulham has to cash-in. Right? Then, there are no more 1st team Yanks at Fulham. A Yankless Fulham…. Is just weird… you know? He’s earned a big move, though. Dude is amazing! I just require that Fulham has to replace a Yank with Yank. Seems fair.
Two assists. He made TAA his absolute bitch all game. On the second goal, he just blew by him and then shrugged off the attempt to pull his jersey and pull him back. Absolute monster of a game. He had issues with Salah, but I would say fewer than almost anyone else has. Liverpool had absolutely no answers for Jedi all day. I’d say he is a top three left back in the premier league right now. After today’s performance, on both teams LBs, I would not be surprised to see him playing full-time at Anfield next season.
I like that we are arguing about which American is kicking ass in a top euro league. That being said, I still think it’s CP but maybe only because he plays a storied club and Jedi doesn’t and maybe also because CP’s role is to create scoring chances and Jedi’s first job is to defend.
Pulisic is a great player and at a bigger club. Pulisc is still very much a one sided player. All offense. But Jedi just absolutely manhandled arguably the best team in the world atm. And he did it on both sides of the ball, defensively and offensively. Brilliant player.
Jedi is one of the main engines of Fulham’s offense. And a key defender. Outside backs do so much in the modern game. Both are awesome players doing well.
Tell me you haven't watched much of Pulisic lately without telling me you haven't watched much Pulisic lately.
I don't want to say anything that detracts from Robinson's play, as it is truly outstanding much of the time these days. BUT, no offense, you are very, very wrong about Pulisic being "very much a one sided player. All offense..." IMHO, of course, but I suggest many others will wholeheartedly agree.
CP does his defensive duties, He had a great goal recently when he stole a ball at midfield. I would call his defense adequate.
CP is way better than AR on offense. AR is way better on defense. Both put in the work at both ends. It's idiotic to say Pulisic is a one sided player.
I guess I posted this in the game day, but I glanced at a matchtracker while looking for the game after it was underway and saw A Robertson RC and thought it our AR... For a moment I was gonna skip the game, but luckily I decided to check in on it anyway, and immediately realized my mistake. Very happy I did. Fun outing for Jedi.

Watching MOTD this evening and as the clip shifted to the final moments of the game, Jedi dispossessed Salah again to launch a swift counter with the commentator saying "and Robinson brushes off Salah agian." Since when does anyone "brush off" Salah?
Fulham go to Anfield and get a 2-2 draw, with Robinsone getting the assist on both goals. Oh, and he was captain too.
