Called for the placement of the pass and then made no mistake with it.

I have liked this player for a while. Nice to see him get off to a good start.

This is about the age when he should take a good leap forward. Not in his prime yet, but will be going into it after Qatar.

Didn't know he's 27!! 28-31 are the peak years for players, but that quibble is not important. The lad is EPL quality and always has been, and IMO he will make it to an EL regular. The question is how long that'll take and whether he'll make it to a CL side.

And so calm about it too. No screaming or arm-waving, just getting into position and a slight gesture to his team-mate.

    Class.

Robinson is 24. I think wherever you got 27 from was mistaken.

He's been good 1st half as his positive pass in left channel started buildup to Harry Wilson's goal. Then at end of the half he played nice one two and sped in to the box but ball put little ahead of him and keeper made a good save to pick ball off his foot.

He has been on fire for about a month now for club and country. Probably one of the few YAs that made the USMNT WCQ Roster that will be getting the start this weekend.

Only a minor quibble. "On Fire" or "reversion to mean?" I think there has been discussion earlier in this thread about his crossing not producing goals and the other side of the debate was they were very nice, not his fault they weren't put away.

Many of us have always thought Jedi was a player. and even with his sometimes naïve defending, his speed and crossing abilities made him more than serviceable.
