Which club would he go to? I'm thinking only NY or L.A

This would be a massive coup for MLS, the biggest signing ever even bigger then Beckham.

RSL. He and Saborio could go to the pool together in the offseason.

Agree. The time and place of that signing was bigger (unless CR signed this year or a couple years ago).
Also, I'll give you a topic: CR coming to MLS is neither News nor Analysis... discuss.

sorry for bringing it up i'd thought you'd be happy to hear one of the best players ever say this.

Beckham is a bigger celebrity but ask any football fan and they will say Cristiano Ronaldo is bigger and he would be huge with the Latin/hispanic fans.

Typical interview speak for a sports star, we should all be able to decipher or decode by now, CR is doing a lame interview in the U.S, of course he praises MLS and talks of playing there.

    ^ This

If he was in Japan he would be talking about joining the J-league, if Australia then the A-league.

I don't think only NY/LA would have a shot of landing him. Toronto and Montreal have huge Portuguese communities which could put them in the running. But it's way to early to talk about the prospect of Ronaldo in MLS- His deal runs through the 2015 season and it's safe to say that he'll probably re-up for at least another 3-4 years after that.
