Sorry I am slow to get this up but the Cow Bell T-shirt thing for United for DC is set up. Lowecifier has produced a nice design and catherine has set it up with DCU and United for DC.

In order for United for DC to do this, they need to have orders pre-paid. The shirts will be $20 with some of that deductible as a donation for United for DC.

I have thought of a couple of ways to get the money and orders. First, many of you will be at the 28th happy hour. Unfortunately I shall be out of town but the GrillMaster has kindly offered to collect donations and order info.

For those of you that cannot make the Happy Hour and still want shirts--why don't you email me robertg@activedesigns.com
and i'll arrange to get your orders set up.

I think it is best to write a check to United for DC for this--this gives you a reciept and helps with bookkeeping.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

    Robert

Mods--how about a sticky for a little bit?

Are United for DC going to put an order form on their website (like they did for the ornaments?) Seems that would be the easiest thing to do, people send in their $ and order directly to them (and they have the ability to process credit cards). And does the $20 include shipping? What sizes are available?

Coming from LA, I would imagine that's an informed opinion.*

*not that there's anything wrong with that. :D

I'll take negative three. Hopefully you'll drop off your cowbells in Pennsylvania's Amish country where they belong when you make your trip to Columbus. Please think twice before you ruin the fantastic atmosphere at RFK with 500 cowbells.

Dude, why don't you concern yourself with trying to make some noise in that high school stadium the Crew plays in. Oh, I forgot what little crowd noise there is there is drowned out by the over abundance of canned music during the run of play.

Obviously you're light years behind on the inside joke here but let's just say we're not talking about bells like they use at skiing competitions or hang on an actually cow but the musical instrument variety that you hit with a stick. Blue Oyster Cult makes use of one in the song Don't Fear the Reaper (maybe you have heard of it?)
