Soon is my vacation, finally swimming without boring news, politics, Covid 19.

 

My Dad has it, slight fever (100.1 which is high for him), says it feels like a mild flu, already getting better. He’s happy to have it now, heading to a vacation to the Baltics in a week or so.

 

My coworker hadit and was at a concert at SPAC without knowing.

 

My sister had it last week and was freaking out since she's running the Paris marathon on Aug 11th. But she is all recovered now and tested negative three days in a row so she's good to go

yeah, when I first saw this, my immediate, initial reaction was first, am I in a dream right now? This seems way too on the nose. My second reaction was, is this something from the Borowski Report…that would fit. (This is me insulting Borowitz.)

Nope, it’s all real, and like I noted above, useless for helping Harris get elected. Because nobody will believe what actually happened, unless that person is already a committed anti Trump vote.

So, a regional health board in Idaho decided not to allow Covid-19 vaccines to be given out!!!

(Also, almost 1/4 of Idaho is Mormon, in case anyone was wondering.)

 

The counties not doing vaccines are in the Southwest of the state (along the Oregon border) - the Mormons are much more in the Southeast (and, of course, the white supremacists are in the north). I'm wondering if this has more to do with the "Greater Idaho" and Ammon Bundy type Trumpists than with Mormons?
