One of the in-studio guests on "Inside Soccer" today will be me. I'm not sure how much time I will actually be on the air, but I have been invited down to the KSDO studios for the entire two hours of the program from 4 - 6 PM PT so hopefully there will be several good opportunities for me to talk about what has been going with the Courage lately. Two other BigSoccer contributors Tsunami and Say_What will also be joining me today on the show so I would expect that during most of today's program we will be discussing women's soccer. If anyone is interested, here is some information about how to listen to today's program on Radio Station KSDO using your computer: KSDO Listen Live

radio Cool! We will be out during most or all fo that time unfortunately. If we get back, will try to tune in.
The three of us were in the studio for the full two hours, but they didn't actually turn on our microphones until the second hour. I also learned that when you take into consideration the news and traffic reports along with commercial breaks, an "hour" of "Inside Soccer" is probably more like 44 minutes of actual soccer talk. I didn't get to talk about everything that I wanted to, but I would have needed at least a couple more hours to have done that. However, during the time that was spent discussing women's soccer, the Courage GM situation, the FIFA award, and the 2003 Courage schedule were some of the topics that we covered. I'm sure that the hosts would have devoted even more time for talking about the Courage if we had received some calls from North Carolina or even heard from some of the Birgit Prinz fans in Germany who post here. On the whole I feel like the show went very well and I look forward to having another opportunity to come in to the KSDO studios again in perhaps in 3-4 months. In the meantime I "en"Courage Carolina fans to listen to the show using their computers and to call in whenever they have the opportunity to do so.
Changes to WUSA Schedule I neglected to mention in my previous post that Jon Greene, the Spirit's Manager for Broadcasting & Media Relations, was also in the KSDO studios with us for part of the second hour. When I mentioned some of the potential conflicts between the WUSA and National Team schedules, Greene said the times of some of the WUSA matches could change, but that it wasn't likely that any of the dates would change.
