Sadly, from what I've heard, we won't be getting an announcement in time for my birthday. But, happily from what I've heard, it's because there are a lot of decisions that need to be made. Still, being a Philly fan, this is the part of the deal that scares me. Nobody is talking. Of course, right now no one sees Philly coming either. All the assumptions are on the table and in print about every other market. Normally, when your bid finds paper it dies - witness Cleveland, Tulsa, OKC, etc. Compare them to SLC who no one saw coming. I guess we should add a song to our playlist, "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey.
Journey, Foreigner, Bread, Kansas, America, Alabama, Supertramp, Little River Band, Whitesnake, Lynyrd Skinner, Fleetwood Mac, Guns 'n' Roses, CCR, et al, just to name a few from that era/genre. The South WILL RISE again! Love 'em or leave it, before somebody regurgitates on YOU!
Only the brown acid you dropped at Woodstock would rip a hole in time large enough to put Guns N Roses in the same era as those bands unless be era you mean the entire 1900's in which case don't forget Leadbelly, George Thorogood and The Delaware Destroyers, and Muddy Waters
Read again, por favor! "era/GENRE", the man said. It's people like you that "make love hurt, hurt so good." My colleagues invited me to ride to Woodie w/ them, but I did not want to leave my wife @ home alone w/ a newborn. I think I missed a good show, and a BETTER time. Life hurts! And people who 'trip' on weed don't DROP nuthin', especially their roommates' 'two-trippers'!
Bryan do I send the bill to you for the catering service and other party goods for the announcement party I had planned for today?
Hey, tuff guy, OKT has ABSOLUTELY nuffin' to feer or wary 'bout, cuz I gots 'is back!! Heez safe as long as I'M around (...like a donut). CALCIO69 - "OKT, heer 'e cums. Go'n git 'im, I'm rite heer, 'hind you! You kin do it - I'll wutch. Uh-oh, he looks BIG, sorta tall, like a Skyscraper!!. Lit's git outta heer. Quik, let's run. Follar me!!"
Hey, pal - there're only THREE (3) kinds of taste in music: 1) GOOD taste; 1) BAD taste; and 1) NO taste. I think we BOFE know where your nemesis falls in THAT continuum!
