[Mods: This might fit into one of the other 28 Bradley threads, but I think it needs it's own spot. Maybe a joint thread on player speculation if anything.] Bradley Bringing Company? The last few lines sent a chill up my spine. If something like that were to happen, we could make DC's drop look like falling off the last step on the porch. ...of course it is only speculation, but damn.
"Bob Bradley, who will be introduced as MetroStars coach at a midtown press conference today, will cost the MLS club forward Rodrigo Faria and a conditional draft choice." Faria!! Great...a player with some potential is coming our way, while the coach that would develop him is going the other. No high draft pick either...this ************ing sucks!
Dir? Dir? Dir's a decent coach who was on the brink of doing something special at Dallas. It just didn't work. DC on the other hand took Rongen who never did anything remotely special with any team.
Remember, no matter how bad a situation is, it can always get worse. Much worse. If that is not a corollary to Murphy's Law, it should be.
Of course it could get worse. It can always get worse. Although, I think it can be said pretty definitively we're at the nadir of the Fire's history so far.
Re: Re: Could It Get Worse? No, I am refering to Armas' comments. I think he is someone who will remain here for sometime, but you never know. As was said above, I think it is safe to say that right now Murphy's Law is in full effect.
