I'm getting unreasonably upset at the commercials showing people using AI at work. The stuff it comes up with is always low quality and almost always wrong. If I'm working and someone on my team is doing the job with AI, it just makes more work for everyone else when we have to fix the stuff they did badly. "Einstein, summarize this call." Lady, if you trust AI to summarize the call, it won't be long before your boss lets AI take the call and you're out of a job. I can't wait for this fad to pass.
He could’ve done anything if he’d taken practice a bit more seriously….but alas…we was talking about practice.
at my request my nephew got ChatGPT to draw a picture of a unicorn who supports LFC carrying a tv remote control and a frying pan while wearing a ballet shoe on one foot and an army boot on the other. that's got to be worth something.
I know some programmers who use it to insert blocks of code. They still have to proofread and string it all together, but it takes the some of the grunt work out of this. And I do love the AI annotation of voicemails. But yeah, if you are relying on AI to do most all the work, that work is typically of little value.
A few weeks ago my car notified me that I was due for a service, and the codes that needed attention were A157, which entertained me way more than it should have. Sorry for the off topic post.
From 1938 to the '60s. The worst upgrade for cars were bucket seats. Cramped my style when onna date!
