Those Starbucks within other stores are still walk-up because those are not Starbucks employees, but store employees.

Yes, the Republicans insisted that the latest Corona bill define small companies such that Starbucks is a small business.

They will probably need $1 trillion to keep small business (however they define it) afloat. They burned through $250 bn in a flash

Y'all really need to record Morning Joe some day and watch the first 20 minutes. Joe's rants are epic. He's like Ed Schultz on too much Red Bull.

As bad as this looks (and it is bad), the depth perception on the photos I saw was way off and those crowds are nowhere near what they would normally be. They needed to better enforce distancing or limit number of people entering or shut the thing down. That had plenty of time to fix things and hadn't so I'm glad they were shut down.

Mississippi will do what Mississippi does....Can't say they don't have their priorities right.

Jackson Free Press: “As coronavirus spiked across the state, the Mississippi Sons of Confederate Veterans posted a copy of an April 3 state proclamation naming this month as ‘Confederate Heritage Month.’ Gov. Tate Reeves (R) apparently signed the proclamation two days after he did an about-face and issued a statewide shelter-at-home order due to rising COVID-19 infections in Mississippi.”

It's a mathematical equation as to how many people you can have in a store and maintain distancing.Open areas are trickier, but honestly still calculable.

When I lived in California 40 years ago, the locals were mildly contemptuous of Washington. The feeling was that we were years ahead of the rest of the country. They would mock California, and then later copy us. The locals were spot on, that is what happened.

And now Washington dares to act as if it knows better while run by a delusional carnival barker who thinks he was elected to be National Autocrat. Pffft. Newsom will do whatever the hell he wants, and California voters will support him to the hilt.

" He also said players can fight off coronavirus."

He's mostly right. Most of them would. But there might be one or two or three who won't and who will die or be maimed by it. And there's no way of predicting which ones it might be. But you can be damn sure the virus doesn't give a rat's ass about Coach's depth charts.

Joe acts like he's been a Democrat his whole life and not a small gubmint Good Ol Boy in Newt's Army. He & Mika gave Orange Pusball a forum to spout his BS numerous times in the runup to 2016. I like some of their guests but those 2 are detestable.
