Re: News: Dep. Quito y U. de Chile, a un paso de octavos de final

What gives? Anyone else's guide says Corinthians vs. Racing of Uruguay should be on, yet Flamengo and Catolica are playing?? I wanted to see Ronaldo! Oh well... This game is pretty good right too though!

Apparently the Corinthians game had an issue with the lights at the stadium and thus was suspended?

The game in Uruguay was suspended for a few minutes when the lights went out. It's back on, but FOX already switched to the game in Chile, where Universidad Catolica is having their way with Flamengo and winning 2-0 so far.

Two more teams punched their tickets to the Round of 16 (U. de Chile and Corinthians both won their respective groups with today's scores)

El Fla habrá ganado el Brasileirão en 2009 pero ahora parece ser el único equipo de Brasil que no pasa.

I remember that Libertad-River game a few years back when River got eliminated and their fans went nuts in the stands.

They kicked the police's ass and backed them into a corner. Pretty hardcore stuff (no serious injuries)

LOL I remember that sh!t. One dude by himself ran and stole a bandera/trapo from the Libertad hinchas.

This is why Libertadores > Champions League any day for me :D

EDIT: La tabla de segundos. Doesn't look good for La U :(

What does "a" and "ab" mean?

Déjà vu. Lanús gets eliminated on the groups stage and they cause a big mess on their way out...

They have nobody to blame but themselves because until the last second of the match they still had a chance to advance if they had at least scored a single goal.

And in the end Vélez won the lead of the group.

y parece que se viene el fracaso crema porque cruzeiro tiene 11 y ya esta en segunda fase, a la U solo le conviene que cerro y banfield queden eliminados solo eso
