With the latest results, plus my predictions, I got:
    1 Fluminense x 16 Nacional COL
    2 Flamengo x 15 Lanus
    3 America x 14 San Lorenzo
    4 Cruzeiro x 13 Colo Colo
    5 Atlas x 12 LDU
    6 Estudiantes x 11 Santos
    7 Cucuta x 10 Nacional URU
    8 Sao Paulo x 9 River Plater

I would like Flamengo to get Sao Paulo, though and destroy them at a packed Maraca !

I don't know why they do this,
what are the chances that those teams are going to end up in that position
or even in the 2nd round?

Is a waste of time to do this.

Why? There is only one more round remaining and a bunch of teams eliminated and qualified. It's good to see what could be the possible matchups based on the most likely results of the final round.

In head to head agregate, Boca has the tiebreaker over Atlas but Colo Colo has the tiebreaker over Boca. I believe this would only come to play if the goals for and against are exactly the same.

So, this is what Boca needs to do:

    If Colo Colo beats Atlas
If Colo Colo wins by a goal, Boca needs to beat Maracaibo by four goals to eliminate Atlas. (Or five in the unlikely event that Atlas loses 5-4). If Colo Colo wins by two goals, Boca needs to win by three and so on.

    If Atlas beats Colo Colo
Boca advances with a win over Maracaibo and eliminates Colo Colo.

If Atlas and Colo Colo tie
To eliminate Colo Colo, if the score is 0-0, Boca needs to beat Maracaibo by two goals. If it's 1-1 or higher, Boca needs to win by three or else win by two but scoring more overall goals than Colo Colo. (for example if it's 1-1, Boca can win 3-1 but not 2-0).

Decent Nacional team, but they probably will go out in the next round if they face anyone difficult.

    I'll explain it to Mengao
Of all the teams that you have on that list
only Cruzeiro, Cucuta, Fluminense & LDU have earned a spot in the 2nd round.
and Cruzeiro & Cucuta are the only teams that know that are going to be 1st in their group.

Any of the other 12 teams, could be eliminated.

    #1 Fluminense x #16 Lanus
    #2 Flamengo x #15 América
#3 River Plate x #14 San Lorenzo <-- BTW, That should be CaracasFC
    #4 Colo-Colo x #13 Audax Italiano
    #5 Cruzeiro x #12 Boca Juniors
    #6 Estudiantes x #11 LDU
    #7 Cúcuta x #10 Santos
    #8 São Paulo x #9 Nacional

Look on the bright side: it means that we're guaranteed a team in the quarterfinals. :) Besides, asking Audax to get past the 1st stage in the 2nd round is a very tall order, anyway. If they do qualify (provided they beat Luqueno in Py.), qualification is a very big bonus.

    I guess you are right,
I thought that Cienciano could pass you guys,
but I didn't notice that the 2nd & 3rd place are playing each other
and it's impossible for both of them to pass Flamengo

While there still could be many changes as to what could be the clashes for the Round of 16, still all of them look promising.

I think Boca will fail ... I would like them to be in next phase, but I think they won't.

Today is gonna be intense, San Lorenzo-Caracas FC which is gonna be a match to watch also the ending of Group 6 looks interesting. Who do you think will follow Cúcuta to the next round? Santos or Chivas?

I think Santos can get a victory against Cúcuta at home, but it won't be easy. While i think Chivas can get a victory against San José, although they will have to wait, i believe Chivas can get a victory but won't be enough if Santos wins.

Chivas has it extremelly difficult. I don't see Santos losing at home because Cucuta is already qualified and thus don't necessarily need to perform at 100% capacity. Also, I've never see a goat run at 3,600 meters over sea level (?) so I'm pretty sure a win in Bolivia is not guaranteed.

Also, I gotta say I'm a bit surprised to see Cuenca out when they started the group stage in such a good form. The last 2 games were horrendous for their aspirations in this tournament.
