This should be an ugly match.

At one point this Copa was going to be the cherry on the top of a delicious cake but now it's an opportunity to restore some hope!
We need some big performances today and some positive leadership on and off the field.
    VAMOS BOCA!

¡La copa se mira y no se toca!

Though there were Racing players who did the same...

And now Viatri from a Silva pass!

edit: May not have been a Silva pass, dodgy stream.

Silva the first and Viatri the second. We just gave one back to Racing via sloppy defending on a corner kick......I know, what a shock?

We should have had two more goals already if not for garbage finishing in front of goal.

Well we got us a trophy, not the title we were hoping for this year but I guess it's something.

I'm glad we won to boost some well needed morale Good match overall especially for Viatri. I haven't seen Sanchez Mino play this bad of a match though.

Sanchez Mino looked outright awful, night and day from what we've seen.

Dang it! I had to miss this. But good to hear that we pulled it out. What should have been the cherry on top ended up being the whole enchilada. I'm surprised to hear that Sanchez Mino played badly. I will have to see for myself.

    What a game!

A completely different team turned up tonight compared to the one that played against quilmes, we created so many chances we could have scored 7 or 8 if it wasnt for stupid missed. I thought clemente played a blinder, and both forwards were excellent, that was the silva we saw at velez, and viatri proved again if hes given the chance hell take it.

Did anyone else watch the celebrations at the end and just keep thinking 'roman should be lifting that trophy'?

Does anyone know what happened with falcioni? He was crying during the interview and walked away, something about his family?

Anyway, glad we got another trophy in the bag, now lets go and win the sudamericana)
