He had the short style sometime last year. But he sucked so he got it longer and now he's back in form
We scored 10 goals in this Copa and 8 of those have been against Paraguay! !!! They are the only team to score against us as well. Now to the final and end 2 decades of hurt.
Against Chile in Chile, Messi is going to get brutalized for the first 15 minutes without the benefit of a call then fart and get sent off.
So is Tata off the hot seat now? Another finals appearance in a big international tournament but with a better performance. I'd say just let him ride it out until after 2018 WC. Hasn't Argentina won every Copa America hosted in Chile? Good omen if you ask me.
Kun is 5 goals away from equalling Batistuta and Messi record (12 goals) , most goal in calendar year.
History is not a good indicator of the future; these are different players. Regardless, what I like about this game is that it doesn't give Chile a game plan who to prepare for us; Messi was a creator (so maybe you don't want to triple team him) and every goal was different (set piece, beautiful passes, scrappy play, etc). Great game all around
Argentina scored 6, Messi involved in 5 . He's playing Diego's role to perfection. Notice how 4 defenders paying attention just to him before Kun's goal. Di Maria was completely unmark.
Official was Messi. http://www.ca2015.com/en/gallery/co...-the-match-winners/1al11h6ke941e1uf62vujfp6ge
Honestly, Pastore had 3 or 4 chances to score, probably scored on the hardest one. He had easier ones, couldn't do it.
His first chance was a volley, even good finisher tend to misshit when doing this. Second chance was with his weaker foot. hit shot was on target.

We're in 2 consecutive major tournament final. No more mischances like the last year final please....
I think the reason we did so much better this game is because we played much faster tempo upfront none of that barca slow passing. That's the reason for our success under Sabella in the qualifications. Those quick passes with players off running on a counter is why we scored so much.
