We should be beat them no matter who's starting. I hope Lavezzi did start instead of Tevez. Pipita isnt in good form but with Pastore, Lavezzi and Messi behind, he should be able to score.

Do you think we will ever win a competitive game by more than 1 goal? :)

Too many errors within 30 minutes and fancy things like the rabona from rojo and dimaria running inside the box shows lack of respect for the other team and for their game. What does this say about tata, when this happens and they're only up 1-0 against a team like Jamaica.

Edit 2 on 1 dimaria screws up a 1-1 with the keeper. Take him off he is playing like shit

Frustrating the chances blown. Need more killer instinct. Rather not have Jamaica within a fluke goal of equalizing.

Edit: Actually forced a good save that time at least.

that's exactly what we lack (killer instinct). Too complacent in front of goal, you just gotta take those chances. This has nothing to do with coaching, you just need to finish.

Messi needs to stop playing too much one-two. It started well but looking very predictable because he always ended up doing it everytime he went forward.

The lack of killer instinct like shown on this game so far is the reason why we couldnt beat Holland and Germany. Think about Maxi and Palacio miss against Holland with only goalkeeper to beat and then Messi and Higuain in the final. Like it or not these guys needs to show their mental strength in tournament like this not in friendlies and club football.

Please dont tell me this game would be like the game against Belgium where we ended up with just early goal from Pipita. Pipita even hit the post too in this match like in that QF .

Three errors on our own end has a lot to do with conplacency, and discipline which is the coaches job on the field to keep the players focussed and stop making foolish mistakes, like what happened with Paraguay.

Defense looks like shit against a very poor attacking team. As much as we should be up by more, we could equally have given up two if not three chances against a marginally better attack. As many touches as Higuain was getting it was inevitable he was going to score, good for him. Di Maria needs to pull his head out of his ass, Messi running to the right and he goes 2v1 plus the keeper lpm.

I think the team is playing quite good and Di Maria has been great so far! Argentina is dominating the game just need one more to put it out of reach. Jamaica gave Uruguay problems,so their not that bad, and they only lost by 1 to Paraguay to off a GK error. Get the win injury free saving up energy for the next round and I will be happy with that.

Really? Beside some errors with passing the defence has been great! Did you see all the chances Jamaica created againest Uruguay? Granted they are defending with all their players this 1st half. The only thing I didn't like was Garay pass to Romero and Pastore stupid foul on a counter that only had one player. from Jamaica.

Bring on Lavezzi and Messi can have more space upfront and also a better link up play.

Garay made two significant misspassing in first half.
