    Redemption at its best.

His penalty was similar to Kun against Holland.

Meanwhile, this sums up Messi luck in Argentina colour.

Messi was sensational but Ospina was on cloud 9 until the shootout. Even though Messi is my favorite player, Ospina should have won MOTM

don't think any player from the losing side has ever been voted motm in the copa have they? but yeah, Ospina is the only reason why this game was even a contest

We hit the post 3-4 times in last 2 games (Banega, Di Maria, Pipita, and maybe other?) , better not happening in next 2 matches.

I think this may be the turning point that Argentina starts to run with it and never looks back until they lift the trophy

I think its because he didnt made any save in the shootout. Romero was award MOTM against Holland in semifinal because he made two great saves out of 4 shots. Ospina didnt save any of the 7 shots while Romero only made 1 save.

We've yet to trail to our opponent just like in World cup (until 113 minutes of the final). Hopefully they could keep it up.

Without extra time , we're not going to score twice against opponent that predictably will do the same thing like Colombia, Jamaica and Uruguay did.

The way Falcao has been playing lately, I think it's almost as bad as putting in Cruz.

As much as I suffered during the match, looking back I think that -with the exception of finishing the chances- this was the best game Argentina played so far in this tournament. Hopefully they can keep creating chances, and improve on the efficiency.

Well you dominate....but i think that martino have a doubt

colombia played with an improvized midfield (no aguilar, guarin, sanchez, valencia, aldo and soto) ......you had to take adavnatage in the 90.....well ospina was responsible and the cbs werent bad....but argentina should imporve in efficiency

If we play Bra, I think they will come out and play a bit more. They will counter, however without Neymar they won't be as lethal. Still will be a challenge. If and only if we get to the final and face Chile, this will be the only one game we will face. Peru is playing well and they are rivals of Chile, so it is no guarantee that Chile will reach the final.

I dont think Colombia played ugliest football but the CONMEBOL ref has been questionable since the beginning and that's what killing this tournament. Only one conviencing win in the whole tournament so far when Chili won 5-0.

Apparently Martino did not want Tevez to take a penalty, because of what happened at the previous Copa America. But after two misses, Tevez asked for the ball and scored the winner.

Tevez played brilliantly for Argentina when he still play for Boca. I actually think he's going to score in the remaining games. He just signed back to Boca afterall.

Just noticed that all Tata subs Lavezzi, Tevez and Banega all scores in the shootout.

Defence has not conceided in last 3 games. However, passing move in final third needs to be improve if we're going to win the next two games. Cant hang our life on a single goal or shootout.

Tata was so poor today it was unreal. Within the first 30 minutes of the game, Pekerman took out Teo to give his MF/defense some help as he was seeing they were being outrun. We continued to press, and we are sitting there with 2 holding mids for the entire game when Colombia isn't attacking. Then Tata knows(I assume he knows after 90minutes we go to shootouts) he waits and waits till he makes subs. Make your subs earlier, what are you waiting for??? There is no ET? I have said it prior to the tournament, if we win this tournament, it won't be because of Tata, if we lose, then it is his fault. Win or lose, I want to see him out. Teams are going to come Baires in the qualifiers and just sit back and hope to take a point. We can't break teams down, it is so frustrating to watch but yet Tata sits there twiddles his thumbs around.
