Copa America 2007 draw

    The night before it was already stated that
    Venezuela (because they are the host team) picked Bolivia because of the realtionship of the countries presidents and because Bolivia is counsidered the "weakest" team.

    EEUU was going to be in Argentina because they wanted the latest starting date possible.

    and Mexico went to Brasil because they were the only ones left.

    from then on the remainding 6 teams were put in two groups
    and the draw was from that.

    LOL, but around this time of the year, I would say they are out figure skating with sticks...some people call this hockey. Same thing, other than they fight to prove they aren't sissys.

    Actually that thing is correct, what conmebol wants is to keep brazil as far from venezuela as posible, so they had to make that crap of a calendar......so I guess if mexico ends up in second place in group they might end up playing the US if they are third in their group, another reason of why conmebol scheduled the copa that way maybe........nice......:cool:

    a bit more respect to Canada!..... dont forget that Canada is growing in soccer right now and that they made it to the last 4 U20 WC....... and are hosting the U20 WC this year

    El grupo de Brasil, México, Ecuador y Chile no sólo es el más fuerte de la Copa América, sino que además es más fuerte que casi todos los grupos del MUNDIAL de Alemania:eek:
    (hay 3 selecciones que llegaron entre las mejores 16 del Mundial).

    Mientras que el grupo de Venezuela no resiste análisis...

    I just hope these Conmebol refs are fair to every team but I might be asking for too much
