From all the talk I have been hearing from the players and Pekerman about how important it is to win this game I think it is going to be similar to the lineup we saw in Chicago.

I'd like to see more Marlos though.

Love how people say that but will flip the F out if we lose. I want to see Roa but as a sub.

The tournament is over for Colombia, so, yes, there's nothing at stake in this game. That doesn't mean there aren't valuable things to take away from it.

USA is going to play to win. We should definitely use this opportunity to experiment a bit. Keep the majority of the starters, implement Marlos and maybe Roa from the get-go. Perez should get a chance to redeem himself. I'd keep Torres over Celis as the latter is more likely to start in qualifiers and has had a great tournament.

More than anything, I want Cuadrado on the bench. Ideally we'd keep the attacking 3 and put Roa in his place, but a 2 striker setup might be cool to see, too.

Well, those are some big words, considering that he's been one of the most consistent players for Cali the last 2 years. Sure, he doesn't have the silky technique of Quintero or James but has a good touch, is quite strong and fast for his size and can play centrally or in both wings. You didn't see him in the Olympic playoff against USA?

We need confidence. A big win will do. They want to redeem themselves. So do we. It will be a huge let down if we don't get a comprehensive victory. If we are on the level of Argentina and Chile it's time to show it. I hated the timid demeanor of the players, it kills me inside because I know our team can be straight fuego. Its time to show it on the pitch.

I wish we had sampaoli, he would shape us the f$CK up

Cuadrado has been baaaaaaaaad. I don't understand why he insists on stopping and facing up with the ball so often, we get it you're quick but its not working at all. One of the coach's needs to tell him to play more simple and keep moving with the ball and run at defenders. He's agile and stupid fast and great with the ball at his feet but at times he's slowing the game down and making it easier on defenders. Not only that, he doesn't run in behind much for us which is ridiculous, just overall he's making it much easier for the defense's to defend us, he needs to learn to play much more simple with and without the ball. As well that defensive header was atrocious, you never head the ball back across, you flick that out of bounds if you aren't sure if you can get your head around it to clear it.

Overall I want us to play better soccer and improve our one and two touch passing and movement, Cardona again was wasted playing wide and didn't get into the game at all, lets move him into the center and play a 4-2-2-2 or play him as the link up with the holding mid. Either way we need to get more out of our attack, James at times looks like the only guy doing anything offensively, he needs players to create for and take the pressure off him.

ay dios... Colombia va a jugar asi:

    Ospina

    Arias-Zapata---Murillo-Fabra

    -----Celis---Torres

    Cuadrado---James--Cardona

    --------Bacca

All we can do is take this as a milestone for this generation. The mentality development can really do wonders for them.

I was planning to drive but it's like 9 hours away so ******** that shit.

    Me gustaria mejor ver:

    Cristian Bonilla
Arias- Yerry Mina -Cristian Zapata- Frank Fabra* (Si Farid Diaz sigue lesionado)
    Guillermo Celis - Daniel Torres
    Andrés Felipe Roa - James
    Marlos Moreno - Carlos Bacca

We really can't have Fabra out there going forward if we want to compete against good teams. We need Zuniga to get his shit together somehow.
