Come on guys, Neymar was brilliant in the match with a golaco and 2 assists, not to mention PK on him not called, and numerous other opportunities. And now only 9 goals away from PELE. UNREAL.

Peru with a 2-1 with over Colombia to stay alive in the tournament. This is the first defeat Colombia has suffered since it took on a new manager. Ecuador in trouble in the meantime after Venezuela gets ANOTHER draw, with a 2-2 result.

Weverton will start tomorrow. There will be other changes but they weren't clear to the press following training at Granja Comary.

Speculation is Casemiro and Marquinhos will start again and Everton Ribeiro may be a starter. Also, Douglas Luiz and Felipe are the only players who haven't played yet (not including Weverton but he's already confirmed) so we should expect to see them tomorrow or Sunday.

A nice goal by the Colombians to inaugurate the scoreboard. Brazil's goalless record in this tournament is gone.

This is the first goal Brazil allowed in 2021.

Lots of pressure but no chances. Gonna be tough to break down Colombia just defending, but it should come at some point.

Brazil is playing better now, but the Colombians are focusing less on possession and more on stopping Brazil's players with (not extremely violent) fouls. But they're both fast and agile, and they are bem-postados em campo.

Roberto Firmino and Lucas Paquetá are warming up.

A fairly typical game from us, when we play poorly it's a lot of possession and not
much penetration. Complicated by the fact they scored (fully deserved, golaço). Let's see if Tite can make the changes needed (in personnel and tactics) to overcome this.

Golzinho de escanteio ou bola parada ia bem.

Good work by Paquetá to get it to Renan Lodi, good cross and a header by Firmino. 1x1.

The Spanish language commentators are complaining about the ref allowing them to play on after the ball hit him and waiting on a VAR check.

    Goal confirmed.

I love it when we win games like this. Was it a bad call by the ref: Maybe. Gonna complain more cause it's against Brazil? Of course. So I hope we win so they get more pissed.

We'll see, Colombia just had a dangerous free-kick.

I don't know what the new rule says exactly. I thought any ball off the ref play gets stopped and ball given to team with last possession. If so, PItana fuked up big time.

10 minutes of added time! Easily 5 of those from complaining after the Brazil goal.

    I love it.

Corner kick, near post header by Casemiro. 2x1.

Poor first half. Excellent defending by Colombia, but Brazil really did make productive changes and play a solid second half. Deserved win? Yes, but a tie would not have been absurd.

Goal of the tournament for Colombia. Goal of the Summer maybe, best of the Copa America and Euros.
