    Homework? Of course you jest. Be thankful they even realize there's a team here. If you read USA today, or watch sportscenter you'd never know soccer existed in the good old US of A. Enjoy the fact that we even have a team and can watch them LIVE!!!

    Besides, the news about Ekelund's surgery for a bone spur just came out yesterday, and it's hard to say when she had to file that report. Those game previews have never been like up-to-date articles.

    malarky....

    it is no excuse for not doing their job....and if Barry Bonds sprained with finger, they wouldn't report it? the whole "be thankful" rationale is a load of crap.....

    and has no bearing on the fact that i can and do enjoy the team and don't bother reading USA Today and watching sportcenter for my soccer news.....

    if anything, Albany's mention of a deadline is more accurate....

    still no excuse....
