yes, ballack in d-mid...he's not a true play maker...he's a d-mid who sneaks up to score clutch goals. Maybe he will evolve into a play maker as he has an excellent read into the game, but there is no way he replaced Effenberg as a key playmaker in this year's Munich squad. It's the truth.

He fits into a 4-4-2 much better, because he can make runs more safely. I see Zidane and Rivaldo staying in the middle, with the Betico and Merengue running the wings. Raul provides the finesse and Sheva the speed up front.

I'm quite surprised nobody picked Ronaldo. I didn't pick him because of his relatively dissapointing form for Real Madrid and the fact that I'm not sure if he's recovered completely from all those injuries yet. He's still a great player though.
I imagine it was but you still ahve a good point. I chose him because of his form in the WC and his potential at Madrid.
