If he can keep his game going through the summer, I would be shocked not to see him in the Premier League next fall. If not with an established side, one of the three promoted Division One sides should come calling. He won't cost a lot and has shown (for a brief time at least) that he can compete in England. Most of the time those newly promoted sides like to bring in experienced players. Hopefully Brian will be back across the pond before the year is out.
i'd rather he stay in mls. i have tix to a columbus game this summer and i'd much rather watch him play than .... well, whoever would replace him i'm selfish that way, i guess.
This was interesting. I read that Keller was likely going to Seattle for that match too. I guess Bruce is thinking about the Confederations Cup already. "After that, it's back to the States, which could mean Seattle, not Columbus, for the National Team's friendly against Japan on March 29. McBride isn't sure if that will happen or not, and whether he'll need to rest his body and get settled back in Columbus, but it is something that Bruce Arena threw out to him recently."
