Only came on the board to congratulate you on winning the title......again. A little suprised to read that a lot of you thought the Hammers were lucky and that Man U never tried. Of course they tried.
I thought the Hammers played well. They scored, they hit the post and they should have had a penalty. They also defended verywell.

Enjoy he title, but please don't be 'small minded' True champions play to win, but are gracious in defeat. It ain't lucky to play Man U twice. Win twice and not concede a goal.:D

What's up with people.. he came here to congratulate us on our win. They beat us twice fair and square. We have nothing to be ashamed about this season. Why can't people accept that we are not faultless, other teams have quality as well. There is always a bit of luck involved when a team outside the top 4 beat one of the top 4. But we have been lucky this season as well, just as we have been unlucky.

We are the Champions of England, we can afford to be gracious. And we should be. What do we have to gain by picking on a team that won a geat win today to secure their premiership status?

It's not the case of letting West Ham have their moment of glory, it is the fact that I believe you cheated youre way out of letting the blades, (or whoever it would have been) out of their moment of glory.

Of course it wasn't lucky. That's why you were threatened with relegation. Every team that draws or beats United comes here and insists that they "fully deserved it." It's probably true about 1/3rd of the time.

To argue that United weren't the better team today is absurd. West Ham could have had a lucky penalty that's given 10% of the time - United could have had a penalty that would be given 85% of the time.

But thanks for the selective argument. Oh - and people who offer backhanded congratulations generally shouldn't admonish others for poor sportsmanship. Thanks for the hipocracy, though!

Why? He didn't come to congratulate us. That's being far too generous. He came to admonish us for not paying the proper respect for his club. And then "congratulated" us to take the moral high ground.

He's a hypocrite. Nothing wrong with pointing out the obvious.

Exactly, I thought it was pretty obvious. Looks like things go over some people's heads easily.

To me that's totally beside the point. We are the Champions, we have been the best team over the course of the year. We should be able to stand above that since we have nothing to prove to anyone.

I doubt that he had anything to do with the contracts written with Tevez and mascherano and could hardly be held responsible. He's just a fan like you and me. The one who scores the most goals Always deserves the win. Luck is always a factor.

Do you have any idea what you are talking about? The case was looked into by an independant tribunal, selected by the PL and approved by all the clubs. What is your gripe friend?

All the players were legally registered. The only doubt was over who owned his contract. Nothing more.

Utter rubbish. I did come to congratulate you and nothing more. I read through the match thread, but it was closed when I replied.

Why the hatred? I think that you deserved the title, but were a little ungracious in defeat. That's all.
