Should probably be a big fat [R] in the title of this thread before scores are posted, shouldnt there?
Plus, are you that lazy? You're on the internet. Go to www.fifa.com and I'm sure you can find all the scores you want.

I watched these games last night. Japan handed NZ their jocks. France/Columbia "deserved" to be a draw. I hate lame PKs like those where the defender is way out from the net and the ball is kicked into his hand. (Although I would have loved it if Hugh Dallas would have called a certain exact play in the US' favor about a year ago.)

To their credit, it looked like the All Whites had decided to try and run with Japan rather than just defend and hope to get a break on a set play (which is the only time they seemed dangerous), but they were really outclassed. Nakata seemed to be just toying with them at times and his strike was very impressive.

Agree about France...they looked like vintage France 2002 rather than France 2000. The PK call (which was much less "blatant" than the play in the Germany match) simply reinforced my belief that Dallas didn't see what happened and wasn't willing to admit afterwards that he never saw it.
