I've never been to Summers, do you have to be over 21 to get in, or can underage people get in too?

Summers is a restaurant so you can come in but they'll card if you look young and you order a beer.

I'm definitely going to be there on Thursday. I have a flight out of Baltimore at 5:45 am on Friday. Maybe I'll just stay up all night.
