League A took place in Alajuela, Costa Rica. League B matches were hosted in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and League C encounters were held in Oranjestad, Aruba. United States, champions of League A The United States repeated as champions after winning 3-0 against Mexico in the League A Final.
