    Nice article, and would be nice if more people realized about and had CT heart scans. I think though the technology for CT heart scans have been around for 20 years, or so. They are not perfect, but are I believe the best predictor of cardiac arrests we have.

    I had a scan around 5 years ago and to my surprise found I had plaque in an artery. My chances of having a heart attack were 5% per year - if I didn't follow a cardiac prevention program.

    Basically I eat low carb, and take a few supplements like vitamin D3, fish oil, vitamin K2, iodine, plus others.
