Nice article, and would be nice if more people realized about and had CT heart scans. I think though the technology for CT heart scans have been around for 20 years, or so. They are not perfect, but are I believe the best predictor of cardiac arrests we have. I had a scan around 5 years ago and to my surprise found I had plaque in an artery. My chances of having a heart attack were 5% per year - if I didn't follow a cardiac prevention program. The prevention program that I follow can be seen at: http://www.trackyourplaque.com/blog/ Basically I eat low carb, and take a few supplements like vitamin D3, fish oil, vitamin K2, iodine, plus others.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful information. These information quit different. I really like to read this type of post.
