Yeah they should be simple, otherwise they will go right over the heads of the Mutts and the ESC :D

Wonder if they will let you hang banners from the upper deck so you have enough room for all of them :)

You all definitely make even the worst games worth going to!

just go for 04, you have 0.1% chance of looking stupid if Metros take us out :)

Not as stupid as me with a MLS CUP one hehe

The mighty banner hangers indeed have permission to hang along the upper deck (but they can't cover the ring of fame nor the box views). One other thought that I had was that if the temporary fencing behind the open goal is up (like when the have the networking parties) then you could string up banners along there too.

    Cheers,
    Tim

We're going to try to get at least one of these done before we leave Delaware. Does anyone have a preference? I like Cheating Bob or "Back to 16W with another L" although still cupless has it's charm.

Srdan, you are the best at judging these things, do you think we will have enough room???

I am getting kind of freaked out that I WASTED a lot of my time for some pretty nice banners that no one will get to see. (especially if I get there around 4pm to hang them up.)

I think we'll be short on good spots, but a lot of ones made are generic that you can use during next season :)

Just don't get burned out, that's why I limit it to few per game. Next season we can just alternate or do one each.

Another good thing would be to run onto the field and tackle Guevara so Payne has to put up a large fence in front of us and we'll have more space. JK :)

I might do that but the last time I arrived really early the gate was closed and I had no way of getting in.

--HOW CAN I GET INTO LOT 8 (I'm not parking anywhere else because I have to unload a keg) BEFORE THEY OPEN THE LOT 8 GATE????

when you go on independance avenue entrance before actual lot 8 entrance (I think it's called 8a or something) is employee entrance, I went into that last time and gave him parking stub. Not sure if that works now since stadium decided to extort $15 instead :D I'd take metro but I'd have to pull a wagon with supplies behind me.

Has anyone ever tried to go through there without a parking pass/using cash? I am not sure if I have a parking pass left.

--I am also assuming that once I go through the employee gate I can just drive around to the normal tailgate spot?

Anyone think we can get the team to help them let us in easier if driving?

    (Thanks Srdan!)

A couple of weeks ago, my GF and I got there four hours before gametime
rather than two hours, because we thought the match was at 5pm rather than 7pm, and found locked gates off Independence Ave to Lot 8. Duh. Anyway, the guy at the opening to the Employee lot, after amusedly telling us that the match began at 7pm, told us we could just go ahead and park in the Employee lot now if we wanted to pay him $8 cash in hand. (we should have taken him up on it; when we came back two hours later, it was fsckin $15 for the regular lot entrance). So maybe you can do it.

On a side note: we later found out from Andy that there *were* already Barra folks down there at that time, so people had come in and started drinking well before the gate off Independence Ave had opened. Do lots of people go the Employee Lot route? Do they open the gate from Pennsylvania Ave/SE-SW Freeway well before they open the Independence Ave gate?

I don't have pics, but you can cross off : Olsen WMD Weapon of Metro Destruction, Welcome NJ Diving Team (and the diver down flag is at the beginning).

Off to a so-so start, but it's amazing how natural spray painting comes to Barra members. :D

Even Kim is like Picaso with a can of Krylon!!

I haven't heard back from Polish people I asked yet, but I think was is plural, cię is singular. English doesn't really have differences like that and treats word you as both sg and pl. So you basically might be saying we love Piotrs as in a group of Peters, not sure how to explain it in English but it sounds hilarious in Croatian lol

Kochamy cię would be as close as I can think (if I conjugated verb for love right) but I wouldn't trust online translator script. I just figured there's allways next season =) Kochamy cię also might look weird on banner, in Croatian you'd use different syntax when putting it on banner as slogan and when saying it to someone. My final guess would be Piotr my cię kochamy but I'll ask on Polish board too.

I suppose the best example of what happens when translations go wrong would be this :)

    impatient Americans :D
