Does anyone care about these guys? 3-0-2 and leading the league...

I don’t know that much about soccer and have never been to a game but I want to go watch a couple of their games since there suppose to be a pretty good team. Apparently Landon Donovan is a bad ass, and they are doing well despite having a number of injuries. Even though soccer is not really my thing any Major League sport in San Jose is a great idea, and I hope they do well.

Could soccer finally be catching on to the San Jose other-sports fans? This is good news and a really good sign :D. Almost made my day. See most of you later!

Which board was that on? I've mentioned the Quakes a couple times on The Feeder...not in a long time, though.

    (PS--Jacques Straap...ha-ha...)

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Are Sharks fans everywhere happy that the Anaheim Mighty Ducks are headed to the Stanley Cup Finals... and that the Ottawa Senators are likely to meet them there (just curious)?

So far, Jersey looks better than the Sens IMO (series is 3-1 Devils), but yeah, we're over the ******' moon, Goodsport. The possibility of two teams younger than the Sharks meeting in a cup final (if it's ANA-OTT) just has us ecstatic.

If it's NJ-ANA, and it looks likely, the fact that Jeff Friesen, formerly the heart and soul of our team, is on NJ and will play against the team we traded him to (ANA) has us so, so happy. Especially now that we've lost Teemu Selanne, who we got from the Ducks for Freezy.

I hope Greg Jamison gags on all the returned, unfilled season ticket orders.

Anyone interested in Sharks season tix, sign up, because you should be able to get seats pretty much anywhere in the HP Pavillion next season; I punted mine after years and years. I'll go to select games, but I can't justify paying for season tix to that torture at ~$200/game w/parking.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Jeff Friesen scored the winning goal against Ottawa yesterday to take New Jersey to the Stanley Cup finals against the Anaheim Mighty Ducks.

Yes, I saw it. Way to go, Freeze. Pretty good discussion of each round over in Other Sports, too, in case anyone's interested...
