Columbus Crew Logo - Circle Patch?

    Today I saw the Crew/RSL game, by the way good victory. I noticed a small circular logo right above the team badge. What does that stand for? :)

    It's the FITZ patch to honor Tom Fitzgerald the former Crew HC who was killed in an auto accident last winter.
