About the, er, sporting event itself, no comment. But did the Fire actually get bumped from their own stadium for this?

Plus, it's kind of as tradition with the Fire. I recall they once got bumped from a weekend date in Soldier Field because of a dog show. There's a metaphor in there somewhere.

 

One of the very few away games we legitimately should win.

The game is on MyTV. U-Verse and Dish Network subscribers in Columbus need to find a friend, a bar or an antenna for the game.

 

I'll be there, in that non-downtown stadium, rooting for that 3-1 win.

 

Not that I had much to begin with, but I lost all respect for Velcro Paunovich when he yelled at an injured Crew player to get up. Shining example of Windy City class.

 

Ummmmm..so I was about the DVR to game and saw that the local CW (WWHO) is showinfo a high school football game at the same time. Is there an alternate channel or are we screwed? Help!!

I hate Chicago games. They are always such a crap shoot.
And Thursday is so amateur. Not a good feeling here even if Chicago is on the slide.

 

It is ridiculous, most of the city will be sitting in rush hour traffic at kickoff. Attendance will be 5-7k.
