That was unreal he didn't talk to assistant to see when offsides occurred. Totally robbed on that one.
The Ref knew There was no way Ramirez was offsides and he called the PK, I don't get how he could possibly change the call.
The ONLY thing that would make sense is if he was calling the PK on the contact with Torres and not the trip on Ramirez but I have no idea how you justify that as the right call. But at least the sequence would fit what happened. (And in reality Badji got away with a pretty obvious handball to start all that)
