yea but where do you put him? Unless he is a James sub.

I hope we get games vs US/Mexico/Canada in December and January non fifa days. Would love calling some of these Brazilian, Argentinan, MLS and Mexican league guys who haven't been given a shot yet.

I mean I know people don't like these games and think I want to call up 80 players but last time didnt we discover Castano? If these games get us even 1 player who makes the roster for qualifiers its a win.

It is a good question. We are deep at wing to say the least.
James' backup is more likely to be filled by Monsalve not Serna.

But as you always say you would like to see expanded rosters and camps. I think he could be called up just to train and see what he has. Not really get any minutes since we are log jammed at wing.

Monsalve and Serna are promising, Monsalve is the bigger prospect obv because of his age and promise he's showing. I think both of them should be on the radar but I think they're both pretty far down the depth chart, lets see more of them this season and let them make the case and maybe they get a chance. But for Monsalve's position we got Yaser nailed on ahead of him plus James/Quintero/Carrascal and even Arias.

If Monsalve continues at his current pace he should be called up before the year is over in my opinion. I would call him now at least to train with the squad but those other guys do have priority and experience.

But knowing how Lorenzo does things Monsalve may not even be called up until next year. He will probably focus on the veterans and bring in the new younger guys slowly as he has been doing all along.

Carascal is garbage.... Quintero.... not a fan. I know he does well but all the reasons James shouldn't start Quintero is guilty of but much worse and doesnt have the plus side that James has

his short corner instead of taking crosses. I am not saying we should kill this guy but when he did that I wish someone would have taken a steal bat to his knee or ankle for doing that shit.

James postion should be a winner unless that #10 that is popping up can take corners/free kicks like James does. If they dont just use Yaser, Gomez or another winger and have them switch spots with Diaz and Arias

Palacios had a pretty good game off the bench for Atl. Mineiro. Good work on the wings, earned a penalty then later on in the match they let him take a penalty which he scored. That is cool to see a young Colombian who not only is mentally ready to take a penalty but the team wanted him to take it. Must have looked good in practice or something.

Monsalve has just been pure genius every time he has taken the field for Germio.

    Needs to be called up.

I like the way this kid plays for the most part. Decent skill. Good crossing for a Colombian.
Unfortunately he plays LW, a position we are pretty stacked at but it is good to have depth. And I have seen him play some RW before.

how did he do this season? Seemed quiet. Maybe without Arias next season he can have a break out one. More NT options the better

also crazy they went from winning the champions league of South America to almost being demoted.

hope Arias gets a transfer to a top 4 league. Feel going to Turkey is not as good as just staying in Brazil other than maybe the $$$.
