Neyser Villarreal playing with Cruzeiro in a regional cup game and he looks good, playing as a central striker.

Cruzeiro aren't the best team in Brazil anymore but the man looks like himself, id forgotten how quick he was

Jhon/Joan Hernandez whatever his name is

Made his debut for Botafogo as well. Another potential LB to consider

I always find it ridiculous that these guys leave and are good enough to play for foreign teams but in Colombia they would rather start 30 year old donkey

No one really is talking about Serna at Flu... ... but it seems like he is scoring goals and providing good passes in attack almost every week.

Had his shot? He played like 65 minutes against Mexico on crappy grass/turf and 30 minutes against Canada in the Cold. Based on that Suarez should not have been given another shot because he looked pretty bad his first two matches too.
At least against Canada Serna should have had an assist but Santos Borre did Santos Borre things and headed the ball just wide of the target.

And speaking of Santos Borre, the guy just keeps on scoring goals and playing well at Internacional. He is playing like he wants to be on the WC Roster.

This is in reference to him being subbed off without being able to score yet, he feels he is under pressure to perform and has not lived up.

Tbf to him he barely has professional games under his belt, Millonarios played him a bit but not much and always on the wing.

Other than that he just had the games with the U20's

He had some really nice shots near goal. Just did not have the good fortune of the ball going in.
Neyser will be alright. Just needs to get used to the speed of the game.

He can be so electric and entertaining on the flanks.
It just sucks for him we have way too many wingers. In previous cycles a player like him would have been called up a long time ago.

meh more or less, he actually declined in form quite a bit.

he scored but he has not been playing at the level he showed earlier in the season

fair point - according to Futmob, his "rating" and minutes played were impressive September - Decemembe 2025 and he cooled off January/February but has been able to produce goals/assists in the various tournaments these Brazil teams play in (Carioca Taca Guanabara, Recopa Sudamericana, Serie A, Super Cup, FIFA intercontinental cup and Copa Libertadores)

from all these appearances, match fitness is likely not an issue...

Gomez is great at dribbling towards his defenders.

Enamorado is also great and in addition has some subtle tricky moves similar to Diaz.

Gomez is better at shots on goals at any angle.
Enamorado seems better at give-and-go pass types of situations/ 1-2 type of plays.

Both are great. I hope both are called up and play some minutes soon.
