Yeah which is my point, like what the hell are we doing this for some corrupt ********s to make an extra dollar and they're willing to bend over backwards to show how much they don't give a shit about the players or fans or country. Previously ok whatever, but in Colombia games are only now in Barranquilla and the rest of the country would love to see some games and give the team a nice tour of Colombia to play in front of the fans.

Without jumping to deep into this administrations crazy ICE and deportation tactics there is no doubt in my mind that there will be a lot more escalation prior to the tournament opening. You couldn't pick a better environment to fill your quotas. I'll be curious to see how FIFA and the US can come to an agreement about how ICE should operate once friendlies and official matches begin so everyone can enjoy a great environment.

Just the chaos, confusion and delays it can cause if these type of operations are carried out without following protocol or prep will be insane. That Copa America final fiasco with the crazy fans will look pretty safe and contained compared to what ICE factory could have in store. I wish I was joking.

Yep I get it. I was expecting crazy ICE chaos too. But I was missing the most critical point. The bigly bill passed by congress was signed early July. Not enough time. New ICE budget: More than quadrupled, increasing from $10 billion to over $100 billion making it the most heavily funded federal law enforcement agency. That's F*U money for a single govt agency. But nothing to see here folks.

When you're offering $50k to join ICE (largest mass incentive EVER by a federal agency), it's going to bring the very best keyboard warriors (we have some even in BS) and then some. That's a crap load of money for people so it aint going to be pretty, So yes, it's a very different ballgame coming to town than what you experienced.

dude I am so happy last 5-6x I flown I didn't get the "random passenger search" ..... it was always me and my dad. My blond mom would not get stopped. Wife wouldn't either but I was magically always picked until I said something about it to them. I am like dude I don't care if you want to search me but this nonsense it is random is BS. What do I need to do to before a flight?

It's also pretty funny because when. I went to europe with my wife this guy threw a temper tantrum because flight was heavy and we couldn't bring our Carry on bags on board. They would make them check in bags for free. Dude threw a temper tantrum and got kicked off the flight.... I was like yea a brown person would never do that shit. not looking to be tased and shit my pants with a domestic terrorist charge
