Not many rumors swirling when it comes to the Seleccion in comparison to September and October.

Only relatively signigicant one I am hearing so far is Cassierra may be called up again.

Think his WC team is set. Unless someone gets hurt or starts having an insane break out season.

Only exception is potentially Vasquez. Why bring him to just be 3rd choice GK.

I really hope he get December/January Friendlies even VS Venezuela or Guatemala. Just get some games for the Colombian league guys and see Mier get his first start.

I am getting of these injuries with our key players. Why couldn't it be a player that isn't a key player?

No i don't want anyone to get injuried but you know what I mean.

    More rumors:

Since Yaser and Sini are both in doubt due to injuries, Campaz is being rumored to get a chance again. (Pleasant surprise.)

Uribe is being rumored to replace Lerma (No surprise.)

L.A. Perea was recently interviewed and basically said that out of the attacking players doubtful due to injury Yaser is the one most likely to be left off the roster.

Sini may be back at training soon so there could be good news there.

It is being reported by Gremio that Monslave has been included on the preliminary roster.
Not sure he will be called up on the official roster yet. Hope he is since Yaser is more than likely out.

Nice to see Puerta but he probably won't get minutes because of Uribe unfortunately. That and all the other guys who have more callups than him and training sessions.

Sucks not to see Monsalve get his chance to at least be brought into the fold training with the Senior team but good to see C. Gomez get the nod again.

Carrascal has to put up or shut up. He will probably get Yaser's minutes or at least be an option.
Unless Gomez finally gets his chance at official minutes.

    Lorenzo must love Sebastian Gomez.
Is he playing well in Brasil? Anyone know?

Ospina over Mier or Devis is not what I expected but Ospina is a leader and Mr. Colombia due to his longevity and most callups so I guess I can try and understand that pick.

Sebastian Gomez is an 8 who defends and attacks I think. I haven't seen him play in a long time but that's why he gets called up

Massive respect to Lorenzo for bringing in Puerta even though he's only started a handful of games in 2nd division. He must recognize that the kid is class.

With Sini absent, glad Gomez got the call

I hope Munoz is motivated to show up the Uruguayans. Considering him getting red carded and not playing in the final when we last played them, the experience must have left him with lots of regret. Not saying he would have promised us victory over Argentina, but he was a key player that could have increased our chances.

a waste of 2 call ups. Both have given a ton to this NT and I love em' but disappointed with Lorenzo with these 2. Absolutely no upside. I'll pull a CZD type of comment here where these 2 call ups remind me of High School soccer where if ur a senior and u want to play, most schools will let u roster even if u don't see a minute of play because heck, you're a senior.
