I dont think many people think Ecuador is great and no one will deny that Quito helps them a lot, but I guarantee you that Colombia will not put up three goals.

Tiburon and Minus, if you are up for a drive, in Weston (west broward), our movie theater is showing the game. I'm gonna go with my Colombian friends so it will be more fun to see them cry :)

Not sure where you are at in Mia, but there are two ways to get there.
Either take 95 N to 595, head West, take 75 S to Arvida and get off, turn right on weston road, right right on indian trace (3rd light or so), it will be in the back shopping plaza.
If you are on the west side of miami, just take 75N to arvida and do the same thing.

Ya, I just found out there is a Rumbas West Palm. Heard it on La Mega a couple of weeks ago. I only knew of the Broward one before. Cover at the movie theater is 15 or 20, I forget. I'll find out.

    Re: Colombia vs Ecuador

there is no sawgrass mall exit on 75, only on 595 and on sawgrass expressway.

from i75 in miami it goes something like this:
miami gardens, miramar expressway, pembroke pines, sheridan, griffin, arvida

    Re: Colombia vs Ecuador

Ecuador is a very tough opponent & are playing really well. Their confidence must be SKY-HIGH after beating Argentina in Quito.

However, there's NO doubt in my mind that we can beat Ecuador in Barranquilla...if we play like we played v Peru (though I didn't see the game, I read reports that said we dominated pretty much)!!

I'm debating about taking a sick day from work & heading to a restaurant in North Hollywood to see Colombia. I REALLY want to see the game but haven't had much good luck when going to that restaurant.

    We MUST win!! VAMOS, COLOMBIA!!!!!

    Re: Colombia vs Ecuador

Ecuador is going to be tougher than Peru. I thought so even before the 5-0, but I do think that we can beat them... say 3-1

Does anyone know a GOOD place in the L.A. area to see this game? maybe a theater? I'm tired of going to crappy restaurants. Last time I went to Nora's in North Hollywood, better than others I've been to, but I rather go somewhere better. Besides, they serve crappy empanadas, with catchup!!!

    Re: Colombia vs Ecuador

I agree Norah's is not the BEST spot to see a WCQ. The service & food are not great but the atmosphere is pretty cool.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any other spots in L.A. that show CONMEBOL WCQs. I'm sure there must be some but I just don't know of any. Unless, somebody knows of another spot, I'll probably head to Norah's (if I decide to call out sick from work). Not to mention it's easy for me to get to, since i live in Glendale.

    Good luck, MILLOS_13.

    Hey guys,
I have nothing against Colombia and I love the Colombian people (specially the women :D )
Anyways, Ecuador has a good team and comes with high moral after beating Argentina and there is no doubt about that and Colombia is inspired by the last win with full of talent!
I think that in this game anything can happen. Since Colombia is going to play for the all for all, and Ecuador is going to play to try to qualify early!
I think that the game is going to be in the hands of the DT's.
BTW, I have to thank you guys for giving us such a great coach as Suarez! This guy is very smart and knows the team well!
So expect anything in this game! But one thing is for sure! is going to be a heck of a matchup!
