Another co-host of the 2026 world cup. I am not sure how we will line up against them.

They lost 1-0 to Australia. I do think we will also "take it easy" on Canada and score similar if not more.

Any real shot at moving up to top 9?

    Mexico was ranked high

but the rest of our opponents look soft

    Doesn't seem like it.

And November ones tend to be unofficial right?

Even then these aren't strong enough opponents to really sling shot us much higher.

I rather travel domestically; beating the US in their group stage is symbolic redemption for us as 1994 is still an unpleasant memory for us.

While I am not gonna be ignorant like how Brazilians were with the 2014 world cup as a means to correct their failure when they last hosted in 1950, I do believe that this world cup will be significantly important for Colombian football as a whole.

If we play our cards right, this can be the most successful in our national team's history.

Rumored roster for tomorrow seems more our the starting team

    Kevin Mier
Daniel Muñoz, Dávinson Sánchez, Jhon Lucumí, Johan Mojica
    Richard Ríos, Juan Portilla
James Rodríguez, Johan Carbonero, Luis Díaz
    Juan Camilo Hernández

like previous game 4 subs from our normal starting 11

the #9 feel still up in the air tho is Cordoba
    LM is Arias
    Starting mf is Lerma-Rios
    GK is Vargas

stronger line up then against Mexico

Yaser Asprilla, Yerson Mosquera, Andres Roman, Montero will be the 4 players with 0 minutes if this is the starting 11. I would assume they will get minutes tomorrow.

I'd say visit Toronto while you're at it. Its right there, it's the closest I've come to Europe. Cool city, very clean.
