wow... not getting free pks and 90% of 50/50 plays called your way... makes the game harder to win. You don't say FK Argentina !! Hate them 2nd only to England and maybe tied with Mexico
These kids with Orozco and Londoño should be pretty damn good in the future IF they develop of course
These categories are always a mystery. Thats why i never start paying attention until we at least hit U20's

Colombia 3 U20 South American championships(2013 last one), Ecuador/Paraguay(1971... not sure it counts) with 1. Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil dominate at this level U-17.... we have 2 now, Bolivia has 1(1986... insane? all game in la paz?). Argentina with 4 and Brazil with 14 haha.... None for Uruguay that is kind of crazy hope this leads to better things but the league needs to get much better. Hopefully with the Wrexham guys owning Equidad that more of these kids go to Championship/EPL and better coaches also come to the league. Feel the difference between Colombia with Uruguay other than the BS o yea my grandma is from Italy just like all those kids from Argentina.... is we have really bad relationships with clubs. It seems unless you are at Nacional or Junior you are not going to europe. You go to MLS, Argentina or Mexico. Even Junior think its more how awesome the guy was with the NT.
Worth listening to "La Selección Colombia Sub-17 defiende bien, es sólida, es seguro atrás y no ataca mucho, pero ataca bien, resuelve en las pocas que tiene. Exactly. As a norm, just a handful of these players will have long careers as professional players, and just a couple will be good enough to become regular NT players. A team like the 2005 U20 rarely happens.
many of these may even quit football altogether and go work at a bank or something another portion will be random players from the local league and if we are lucky some will end up being capable of playing in a top league somewhere our development at this level has always been kinda shit, we struggle to even give players consistent playing time at the age of 21. Nevermind U17's.
Martinez will be better than James. Escorcia will be better than Diaz. Ortiz will be better than Ospina. Etc. Mark this page as my prediction! We all have the right to dream and be overly optimistic after a 4-0 against Argentina !

So aside from Escorcia being the top goal scorer: Ortiz has the most clean sheets with 5 out of 6, with only against Uruguay's 2 goals in that match, Samuel has the most assists, tied with Argentina's Baroni, Good shit.
No goals allowed from the run of play which is even more amazing. Both goals by Uruguay were tiro libres. And the first one was kinda fortuitous.
