Question for all Colombian watchers: Are we ever going to see another Colombian team play with the style and panache of the 1990 team? To me, the 1990 team was better, or at least better to watch, than the 1994, since it didn't have Valencia and Asprilla, who were awful in '94. Valderrama played better in '90, too. In general, the ball was shared much better in 1990. Unfortunately, like the Ticos, another team I like, they couldn't finish.
you havent watched colombia lately we have many great midfielding talents that in the future will be as good as valderamma himself geovanni hernandez, tottono grisales, jairo patino, fabian vargas, john viafara, elkin soto, david ferreira etc..etc..etc.
totono only ggod one, but he dosen't play the role of 'el Pibe.' Patiño and Vargas are lightbulbs, one day they are one the next off, very inconsistant, the rest are players of the pack.
