That's the problem in Portugal. These decisions need to be final. And not just because its Benfica. Look at England, they review a play and make a verdict in 1-2 days max and that's it.
That's fair. If a player is suspended he should have 1-3 days to appeal and the league should have an answer in 1-3 days. But a player should be able to play if the appeal hasn't been heard yet. Tbf samaris sucks so him playing is more Of a punishment
