    Yep

Sounds good thus far. Interesting about the "relaxed" bit. On the surface that sounds really unfair to John Gregory. Why are these guys playing so much better now that he's gone? Gregory had to deal with the death of Ray and the boardroom uncertainty as well. I think he deserved better from the players early this season.

    Crap - 1 down - Leigertwood OG

Damn. Leigertwood own goal. Colchester 1-0.

We cleared a corner kick, a Colchester player retained possession and made space for himself. He smashed it off the corner of the bar and the post, then it bounced off Leigertwood into goal. Against the run of play, but we're down 0-1.

If that doesn't sum up the snake-bitten start to this season, I don't know what does

Their goal was totally against the run of play. This goal for us has been coming. Let's keep it up and win this thing!

We have to find out a way to sort out the defense before January. It sounds woeful

It sounds like they're starting to play well. I guess two goals against the run of play are good for confidence.

3-1. Bolder booked for something the commentator says shouldn't have been a free kick. Ball deflects off the wall and in off the resulting free kick.

You have to be kidding me. 3-1

A very debatable free-kick awarded at the top of the D. Kick takes a wicked deflection and goes in. Jesus Christ!!!!

Stuart Pearce is at the game tonight. Watching Blackstock, probably (and anyone for Colchester?)... can't figure he's in the mix for us.

Yeah - I think the commentators were free-associating there. Definitely watching Dexter - not much other domestic football tonight.

Me too... still two more hours at the office. :(

Also, it sounds like Bolder was booked for dissent after the foul that lead to the goal, not for the foul itself.
