Did really well in my first coaching job with kids 9 - 11 and im now beginning to coach 11 - 13 year old girls & boys teams.I start monday with the girls.Really looking forward to coaching again
Doing both girls and boys teams. If so get a girl to be your assistant with the girls team. Be very careful never put yourself in a position to be alone with a girl player or have to drive a player to her house alone. Be smart you never know. Player is pissed at you she just has to say one thing true or not, and your done my young friend. Don't put yourself in a position where you can have a problem.
