I was SO hoping for a Weekend at Bernie's scene when the coffin was being body-passed and tipped on it's side, and riden like a horse.

Is it Palestinian Noble tradition to straddle a coffin, while shooting an AK47?

Bunch of animals. Hey liberals, these are the primitives you are siding with, just a thought.

Brian Wilson had the best understated line commenting, "Yes, those bullets fall back to earth...SOMEWHERE, at 120 mph."

The conclusion I drew from reading many of your posts is that you like LSD.

Or maybe you are a palestinian acting as a brainless israeli.

    Stupid Sardinia.....

    Back to the topic :D

It is indeed a time for the world to reflect on what has been accomplished by PLO chairman Yasser Arafat during his reign as leader of the Palestinian people.

Under his stewardship, the Palestinian refugee problem has been allowed to fester and grow for 40 years to its current unmanageable proportions.

Under his stewardship, an entire generation of Palestinian children has been educated to hate Jews, to value death over life, and to believe in the destruction of Israel.

Under his stewardship more than $1 billion U.S. somehow found its way to Arafat-controlled bank accounts around the world rather than to establish a viable Palestinian economy.

So what exactly did Arafat promise his people? A Palestinian state could not have been the real promise as that was clearly rejected a number of times by Arafat, most recently at the Camp David peace talks in 2000. This proposal offered extensive Israeli concessions that included Israeli redeployment from 95 per cent of the West Bank and 100 per cent of the Gaza Strip, the creation of a Palestinian state in the areas of Israeli withdrawal, Palestinian control over East Jerusalem, including most of the Old City, and other concessions. Not perfect, yet rejected out of hand by Arafat. No negotiation, no counter-offer from the leader of the Palestinian people. Instead, the next step was the beginning of the intifada.

The human rights of all citizens, Arab and Israeli, in Israel, the West Bank and Gaza were collectively abused by this clear, Arafat-directed intifada.

While Arafat preached peace in English, he preached murder in Arabic. The world should never forget his rallying words as he responded to the Camp David Peace talks: "One million martyrs to Jerusalem." Decisions are easy when values are clear.

Arafat has indeed left a legacy — that of being a grand thief of his people's money, life, liberty and human rights. His place on the Forbes list of wealthiest people in the world is one aspect of his legacy that should be highlighted. As the money was flowing into his private bank accounts, the blood was flowing out of his own people's bodies as they continued their leader's chosen fight to the death of Israel.

While there will be a mourning period and a flurry of highly emotive comments by the Palestinian spin doctors, the question that must be pondered is: Will the new leader of the Palestinians follow in Arafat's footsteps or will the new leader provide a new vision, value-added education and some real hope for his people and for peace with Israel?

Burn in Hell Mustafa Kemal and all your Turkish terrorist leaders who have massacred innocent Armenians and have rediculed Kurds in to giving them an OWN STATE, since they have a better reason than the Palestinian for a statehood (Language, Ethnicity, Culture, etc...)

    Sleep tight tonight, Turkish ;)

And then they come and blame me, the Israelis for this. And afterall, before they started getting pissed at Israel and throwing rocks (around 1999-2000), they had a higher GDP per capita than Syria and Lebanon!! That means they benefited from being in peace with Israel and from having workers come to israel and make a decent profit than going to Jordan which never accepted Palestinain labourers or Egypt!!!

Of course, living under a brutal military occupation for almost 40 years has nothing at all to do with this.

Arabs or Palestinians blame israel for giving them the "DIRTY WORK" of being labourers and working on farms or making buildings...but what do you expect? They never bothered to educate themselves (except for Islamci Jihad 101 and beyond) to work in Israelis competitive Economy?
What am i suppose to do? Get them to work at Intel's R&D for 20,000 Shekels a month?

So that's a justification for a brutal military occupation by Israel?

Forgetting that Jordan, which annexxed, created the west bank; its refugee problem and its status today used the West Bank as a fortress for attacking Israel. THe distance between the WB and the sea is 5km. A Qassam missile can easily hit the mediteranian sea!!

Either way, the Jordanian played the card. And if you knew what was before the 1993 Oslo Accord, you would know that Israel talked with the Jordanians about giving Jordan the West Bank..Or nearly half of it....
It came down hill when Jordan de-nationalionised the West Bank and had no intrest on it.

Brutal Military Occupation? What about Jordan, it was 5 times worser. Infact, if Jordan's military occupation was so good, than than why didn't the Palestinians uprise in the 1950's when Jordan had control?

....AND LET THE KILLING BEGIN :D

2 dead in Gaza city, as Security Forces opened fire on bodygaurds of Mahmooud Abbas (Abu Abbas, former Prime Mininster) Killing 2 Bodygaurds. Abbas walked out safe and not harmed.... the fires came froum Moussa Arafat, who is Arafat's cousin!!! He is anti-Abbas, meaning ofcourse, anti-progress, anti-peace, anti-calm and he ordered Abbas to leave gaza.... and it erupted in a brawl...which left to people dead...

Didn't Isreal win the West Bank in a war? Is so, why would Israel even consider giving it back? Israel should simply remind Jordan that they are lucky Israel didn't take over all of Jordan.

In my book, the A-rabs moblized for war against Israel, and lost. When you lose a war, you don't get to dictate terms of land you lost.

That would be like Germany, today, bombing French people to get back Alsaice-Lorraine.
