Yes, essentially he's just turned into an embarrassment to himself, the German national team, any club he's ever played for, and any team he has ever coached or will be coaching. Kahn is well on his way, too--but Matthäus takes top honors.
Well, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone! He actually has never really been on the bright side and has been embarrassing for quite some years. God, I hope he never get's to coach in the Bundesliga, I don't wanna see his face or hear his voice more often than now!
