Hey all... Has anyone been to the Club Shop on site? I'm sure I'm going to stock up on some items while I'm there, but I'm interested to know how pricey/reasonable the costs are. Are there street stands that sell the same relative quality for less? And I'm really intrigued by the club scarves that they all have. Is it a female thing? A rich person thing? Or an all-around thing? I think they're really cool-looking but I don't want to make a gaffe and get labelled as "That Crazy American"... but I will need something to keep me warm all game long! I'm assuming they all wear black & white at the games? Is that a fair guess? Just trying to prepare myself! Thanks! -Jeremy
Let me take a stab at this... I have a Fuham Scarf, actually I wore it this morning...black and White Striped with the Fulham crest on either end. Everyone where's scarfs not necessarily fulham ones, although there will be many with the club scarf, don't be shy to buy one. Street Vendors - definitely buy only hats/scarfs from a vendor (as I did a couple of years back) they are cheap, of good quality and right next to the cottage. Club Shop- It is the best prices for any Fulham stuff I have ever see anywhere...and I really mean anywhere. I have looked up every internet soccer store that has fulham gear. The club shop is alot cheaper than even the internet store that fulham has on its official web site (plus you won't have to pay the ridiculous shipping costs). The staff there was great also and hooked me up with my water proof Fulham rain jacket. I found that the season ticket holders I went with didn't wear alot of Fulham stuff, they just water dark sweaters and such, I guess because they have fulham tattoos to show their pride! Just note that the club shop is not at the cottage but down the road on the corner of an intersection. Hope this helps...
Plus, when you buy from the club shop, the money goes directly to FFC without being skimmed by a third party store.
When i was there (awhile ago)...they'd sell stuff at Harrod's too. I am saving for a ticket this spring
